  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused, along with any accompanying materials.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Process for Returns

  2. Approval: We will review your return request and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Shipping: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, and the shipping package is not damaged:

  • Reporting: Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to support@rbweis.com, including photo or video proof of the damage.

  • Damaged Shipping Box: If the shipping box is damaged, indicating damage during shipping, please contact USPS or the responsible shipping carrier to file a claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
